本課程旨在提供博生對社會工作理論、及其哲學預設的批判性分析與訓練。希望藉此不單檢視過去所用所學,更期能為日後形成自身社會工作知識理論及行動體系準備。
本課程包含社會工作理論的基本概念、理論發展、以及其相關應用等內容。旨在協助博生瞭解各種理論的歷史發展與哲學預設,藉此從中發展出批判性的應用、分析、乃至理論建構能力,有助社會工作相關理論體系的完備發展。此外,由於社會工作理論有源自自身,更有借自其他學科。在課程中,我們將針對在實務操作上主要的理論進行介紹,再輔以晚近的發展。以便學習者對社會工作理論的變化與內涵能有所掌握。本課程區分總論、個論、與綜合三個部份,批判反思精神貫穿其中。總論討論社會工作知識預設與相關的基礎,重新省察社會工作的本質;個論部份,我們針對社會工作理論發展的流變順序,逐一清理相關的論旨,瞭解其中的關鍵與影響;最後綜合部份,形成學習者自身社會工作理論分析框架和諸理論之間的批判性分析和比較是這個部份的重點。我們將透過課堂報告以及彼此評論等方式進行。This course aims to provide doctoral students with critical analysis and training on social work theory and its philosophical presuppositions. I hope that this will not only review what I have learned in the past, but also prepare me for forming my own social work knowledge theory and action system in the future.
This course covers the basic concepts of social work theory, theoretical development, and its related applications. It aims to help doctoral students understand the historical development and philosophical presuppositions of various theories, thereby developing critical application, analysis, and even theoretical construction abilities, which will contribute to the complete development of social work-related theoretical systems. In addition, because social work theory originates from itself, it also borrows from other disciplines. In the course, we will introduce the main theories in practical operation, supplemented by recent developments. So that learners can have a grasp of the changes and connotations of social work theory. This course is divided into three parts: general introduction, individual thesis, and synthesis, and the spirit of critical reflection runs through them. The general introduction discusses the presupposition and related foundation of social work knowledge, and re-examines the essence of social work; in the individual part, we sort out the relevant tenets one by one according to the evolution sequence of the development of social work theory, and understand the key and influence; finally In the synthesis part, forming the learner's own social work theoretical analysis framework and critical analysis and comparison between theories are the focus of this part. We will do this through class presentations and mutual comments.
