本課程為總論性質，主要介紹行政法之基本概念、行政法原理原則、行政法之法律關係以及行政法之法源等。主要讓學生瞭解行政法之基本概念與原則，以便能將這些原則應用在不同的公法領域中。此外，本課程除介紹基本理論外，並搭配案例教學，使學生能將行政法學生應用於個案上。以行政法院案例為主要課程內容，學生除了案例之外，並對案例進行分析與檢討。This course is a general nature and mainly introduces the basic concepts of administrative law, the principles and principles of administrative law, the legal relationships of administrative law, and the legal source of administrative law.
