本課程融合國內外戶外冒險領導課程設計，結合正念覺察、慢跑與越野跑等戶外冒險修練、身心適能訓練與僕人領袖培育課程，根基於學習移轉理論與習慣領域學說，將跑步與身心靈的訓練結合成一套系統化的蛻變成長課程，為東海大學EMBA最具特色之行動領導課程之一，透過實際參與超越自我極限的訓練與組織領導過程（例如戈壁挑戰賽、馬拉松、登山挑戰、獨木舟與鐵人賽等），用腳步實踐理想，用行動挑戰自我的領導力培訓課程，培訓期望自我超越的EMBA主管學生，堅持夢想，行動超越，這不僅僅是個人的堅強意志力，更需要展現知易行難、改變自己，提升自我體適能力與堅定信念，進而透過團隊建立與合作，發揮領導能力，解決訓練與實際競賽所遭遇的困難與挑戰，進而感受領導的真諦並淬煉出團隊互助，培育兼具穩定與變革、效率與創新、專注與調適的雙元領袖能力，發展高階主管高效率執行、團隊合作的行動領導能力，體悟與實踐戈壁挑戰賽的理想、行動與堅持的精神，培養具備東海大學求真 篤信 力行的領導特質，激發學習者之行動創業力，開拓未來領袖事業之動能，從改變超越自我，進而改變企業文化，成就領袖企業。
