策略會計(二)旨在介紹整合性策略管理會計制度中的策略執行系統(平衡計分卡)、作業管理系統及價值管理系統。平衡計分卡制度主要在講述如何落實公司的競爭策略，將公司的策略目標轉換成個人的KPI，以實現長期價值創造的目標。作業管理系統(AVM)不僅可以正確地計算出產品、顧客、通路及員工等價值標的之成本及利潤，並同時可以與品質、產能、附加價值、ESG及顧客服務等重要管理決策資訊相互結合，做為不同管理階層進行管理決策之重要資訊來源與依據。The Strategy Association (II) aims to introduce the strategy execution system (balanced scorecard), operational management system and value management system in the integrated strategy management accounting system.
