在公司層級的策略中,可進一步涵蓋成長、轉型與治理三大面向,企業成長策略探討包括垂直整合、多角化、併購等議題,轉型策略則涵蓋因應數位科技發展、產業環境變動或永續發展趨勢所衍生的協力網絡與韌性供應鏈、商業模式創新、平台策略與生態系競合等議題。而因應企業的成長與轉型所衍生的治理議題則包括策略領導與執行、組織文化、社會責任與永續治理等。
本課程聚焦在探討公司層級策略(corporate-level strategy)的設計,探討企業如何應用自身的競爭優勢,透過組織面與策略面的創新轉型,在變動的環境中掌握機會、整合資源並創造價值。本課程採用互動式教學方式,除了課堂講授之外,也將運用個案研討在課堂進行討論,讓同學們能從企業經營決策實務中培養深度的策略思考與問題解決能力。透過本課程,同學們將能進一步理解企業不同成長、轉型與治理策略的優缺點與推動時機,並有系統的逐步建立對於企業總體策略的思考架構。

This course focuses on exploring the design of corporate-level strategies, exploring how companies can apply their own competitive advantages, and through innovative transformation of organizational and strategic aspects, master opportunities, integrate resources and create value in a changing environment. This course adopts interactive teaching methods. In addition to class lectures, case discussions will be used in class discussions, so that students can cultivate in-depth strategic thinking and problem-solving skills from corporate decision-making practices.
