企業如何獲得競爭優勢攸關企業之財務表現甚至生存,本課程探討事業如何獲得競爭優勢?以及事業層級策略(business-level strategy)的設計與策略創新。本課程採用互動式教學方式,除了課堂講授之外,也將運用個案研討在課堂進行討論,以培養學員事業層級策略的設計與創新能力。
本課程之教學目標如下:
1. 讓學員瞭解競爭優勢的來源及建構競爭優勢的基石。
2. 讓學員藉由釐清事業的定位與分析現行商業模式瞭解競爭優勢之根源。
3. 讓學員學會運用價值網絡分析進行企業內部價值活動的設計以實現事業層的策略定位與價值主張。
4. 讓學員瞭解如何在不同產業生命周期階段創造競爭優勢。
5. 讓學員瞭解如何進行策略創新及運用平台商業模式獲得競爭優勢。
How an enterprise obtains a competitive advantage is related to its financial performance and even survival. This course explores how an enterprise obtains a competitive advantage. As well as the design and strategic innovation of business-level strategies. This course adopts an interactive teaching method. In addition to classroom lectures, case studies will also be used for classroom discussions to cultivate students' ability to design and innovate career-level strategies.
The teaching objectives of this course are as follows:
1. Let students understand the sources of competitive advantage and the cornerstones of competitive advantage.
2. Allow students to understand the roots of competitive advantage by clarifying the positioning of their business and analyzing the current business model.
3. Let students learn to use value network analysis to design internal value activities within the enterprise to achieve strategic positioning and value proposition at the business level.
4. Let students understand how to create competitive advantages in different industry life cycle stages.
5. Let students understand how to carry out strategic innovation and use platform business models to gain competitive advantages.
