數位經濟下,企業的數位轉型勢在必行,隨著企業大多數的競爭對手不斷創新,而大多數的顧客與營運流程已經上線,企業必須思考如何數位創新與轉型以優化營運流程、增加客戶體驗、再造商業模式,否則將會徹底失去市場的競爭力。然而企業的數位轉型是一項巨大且困難的挑戰,特別是資源有限的中小企業,企業必須審慎而行。
企業數位轉型為數位創新與變革管理的結合,其焦點不在於引進新的數位科技而已,更重要的是因應數位經濟浪潮的重大衝擊,企業若要永續經營所必須進行的數位創新與變革。轉型代表變革,在數位時代,經理人如果想要發揮管理效能,就必須推動組織變革以因應數位轉型,過程中也需要培養人際或與人有關的技能。組織行為探討組織裡的個人、團體和結構對行為的影響,旨在應用研究所得的知識以改進組織效能。
本課程除了介紹數位轉型與變革管理的基本觀念與知識外,並要培養學生主動探索、團隊合作及創新思考的能力與態度,期能根據企業經營的目標,發展數位轉型與變革之策略方案,展開企業升級轉型之旅,提升企業在國際市場的競爭力。In the digital economy, digital transformation of enterprises is imperative. The digital transformation of enterprises is a combination of digital innovation and change management. Organizational behavior explores the impact of individuals, groups and structures on behavior in organizations, with the aim of applying knowledge gained from research to improve organizational effectiveness.
In addition to introducing the basic concepts and knowledge of digital transformation and change management, this course also aims to cultivate students' abilities and attitudes in active exploration, teamwork and innovative thinking.
