「公司理財與投資決策(一)」內容著重企業經營決策與財務報表解析，深入
理解財務報表的結構、內容和意義，並能運用財務分析工具評估公司經營策略
的財務表現與對企業價值的影響。掌握財務指標的經濟意涵，透過案例分析與
討論，學會以財務報表分析為基礎，制定有效的公司財務決策，包括營運資金
管理，資本預算決策、融資決策、股利發放政策和財務風險管理等決策。
