2.精實系統的全面切入，包括了產品開發、生產製造管理、顧客服務、以及供應鏈管理的價值鏈，並非單純的製程改善工具而是完整的管理思維，可以用來幫助企業管理者用最小成本創造最大價值利潤的方法。
3.本課程內容包括：精實管理及豐田生產管理系統TPS、推動精實管理的五大步驟、價值溪流圖之細部展開導入、精實系統七大浪費的工作現場對接、精實系統之關鍵手法及實務案例、最後則是學員的統整報告：所屬企業之精實診斷規劃。

1. Lean management is a strategic tool used to improve an enterprise's production or service process. The Lean system adopts the "spirit, principles, methods, tools, management systems, and employee behaviors of TPS" and applies it to all operating processes to achieve the best use of resources, the most efficient operation processes, and the most satisfactory results.
2. The comprehensive penetration of lean systems, including the value chain of product development, production and manufacturing management, customer service, and supply chain management. It is not a simple process improvement tool but a complete management thinking that can be used to help business managers create maximum value and profit with minimum cost.
3. The content of this course includes: Lean management and Toyota Production Management System TPS, the five steps to promote Lean management, the detailed introduction of the value stream map, the work site docking of the seven wastes of the Lean system, the key techniques and practical cases of the Lean system, and finally the trainee's integrated report: the Lean diagnostic planning of the company.
