Economic Foundations of Strategy

教育目標 Course Target

面對快速變遷的產業環境,企業被迫在極短的時間內擬定各項策略來回敬競爭對手的攻擊,但缺乏經濟邏輯支持的策略行動有如空中樓閣,往往對企業形成競爭優勢毫無助益。因此,本課程的主要目的在於幫助同學了解實用的經濟觀點,讓策略制定更有道理可言。

Faced with a rapidly changing industry environment, companies are forced to formulate strategies in a very short time to respond to the opponent's attacks, but strategic actions that lack economic logic support are like air floors, which often help companies to form competitive advantages. Therefore, the main purpose of this course is to help students understand practical economic views and make strategy formulation more reasonable.
