面對快速變遷的產業環境,企業被迫在極短的時間內擬定各項策略來回敬競爭對手的攻擊,但缺乏經濟邏輯支持的策略行動有如空中樓閣,往往對企業形成競爭優勢毫無助益。因此,本課程的主要目的在於幫助同學了解實用的經濟觀點,讓策略制定更有道理可言。Facing the rapidly changing industrial environment, companies are forced to formulate various strategies in a very short period of time to respond to attacks from competitors. However, strategic actions that lack the support of economic logic are like castles in the air and often do not help companies form competitive advantages. Therefore, the main purpose of this course is to help students understand practical economic perspectives and make strategy formulation more reasonable.
