本課程將藉由實務個案與實戰方式，透過翻轉教育與創效學習方法，培養同學學會創新與創業相關知識、理論與技能，更能夠運用創新轉型與開創事業的工具與方法，站在制高點分析診斷商業現況，預見未來開創潛在商機。本課程模組包含兩個微學分模組，創新經濟與精實創業、與下學期商業模式創新與設計，課程內容包含創新轉型、商業設計與精實創業相關理論並結合互動式實戰個案討論、實務演講、專案實作與實務競賽，培養同學能辨識市場機會、掌握創新轉型創新策略與商業模式創新與設計能力，了解企業營運模式與轉型創新的基本知識，解決可能遭遇的困難與挑戰，進而激發學習者之創新與創業精神，開拓未來潛在新事業之動能。

課程特色: 1. 學習方式採翻轉創效教學策略，藉由實戰個案，進行實務專題的行動，藉由資源擴展與反思，學習轉型創新與創業的相關理論與實際的方法。 2. 知識學習：掌握「創新經濟與數位轉型」「商業模式設計」「創新與創業實作」重點議題之發展。 3.理論學習與實務演練並進。 4.跨領域與業師團隊互動。

This course will use practical cases and practical methods, as well as flipped education and creative learning methods, to train students to learn the knowledge, theories and skills related to innovation and entrepreneurship. They will also be able to use the tools and methods of innovation, transformation and business creation, analyze and diagnose the current business situation from a commanding height, and foresee potential business opportunities in the future. This course module includes two micro-credit modules, Innovation Economy and Lean Entrepreneurship, and Business Model Innovation and Design in the next semester. The course content includes theories related to innovation transformation, business design, and Lean Entrepreneurship, and is combined with interactive practical case discussions, practical lectures, project implementation, and practical competitions to cultivate Students can identify market opportunities, master innovative transformation and innovation strategies and business model innovation and design capabilities, understand the basic knowledge of corporate operating models and transformation and innovation, and solve possible difficulties and challenges, thereby stimulating learners' innovation and entrepreneurial spirit and developing the momentum for potential new businesses in the future.
