1.數位轉型是一個結合數位科技與營運模式的過程,從營運流程、價值主張、顧客體驗、數位文化、到徹底轉型,逐步升級企業成為一個極為靈敏,以顧客的價值與體驗為核心,且不斷創新轉型的組織。這種轉變不單指效率的提升,而且是管理模式的創新,這對企業的衝擊是很深遠的。
2.「數位轉型是一個過程,不是一件事或一個計畫」,轉型涉及的面向非常廣泛,從客戶體驗、商業模式、企業文化到營運流程的轉變都涵蓋在內。企業可能正朝著某個面向轉型,也可能同時朝著多個面向前進,端視企業的整體願景、資源配置與優先順序的考量。
3.本課程內容包括:引導學員從數位轉型切入企業的創新升級、研討數位轉型的三階段及五面向、分析企業的升級需求與創新規劃、探討數位時代的九大科技、切入智能製造與智慧零售的應用案例、最後則是學員的統整報告:所屬企業之數位轉型升級規劃。

The content of this course includes: guiding students to enter the innovation and upgrading of enterprises from digital transformation, discussing the three stages and five aspects of digital transformation, analyzing the upgrading needs and innovative planning of enterprises, exploring the nine major technologies in the digital era, and entering intelligent manufacturing and wisdom. The application case of retail is the final report of the student: the digital transformation and upgrading plan of the company.
