本課程以企業主及高階專業經理人的整合觀點,探討高階人資之接班傳承議題,包括:企業主接班計畫、中高階主管傳承、高階人才外部獵頭、及內升空降團隊整合等主題之實務展開,最後則是學員的統整報告:所屬企業之高階人資規劃,培養學生具備高階人資之自我規劃及企業導入能力。This course uses the integrated perspective of business owners and high-level professional managers to explore the succession and inheritance issues of high-level human resources, including: business owner succession planning, succession of middle- and high-level managers, external headhunting of high-level talents, and integration of internally promoted and airborne teams, etc. The practice begins, and at the end is a comprehensive report from the trainees: high-level human resources planning of their respective companies, cultivating students with self-planning and corporate introduction capabilities for high-level human resources.
