本課程以企業主及高階專業經理人的整合觀點,探討高階人資之接班傳承議題,包括:企業主接班計畫、中高階主管傳承、高階人才外部獵頭、及內升空降團隊整合等主題之實務展開,最後則是學員的統整報告:所屬企業之高階人資規劃,培養學生具備高階人資之自我規劃及企業導入能力。This course explores the themes of succession and inheritance of high-level personnel based on the integration of corporate leaders and senior professional managers, including: corporate leaders' succession plan, middle and high-level manager inheritance, external key points for high-level talents, and integration of internal lift-off and airborne teams. The actual development will finally be the complete report of the students: the high-level personnel planning of the company, and cultivate students to have the ability to prepare high-level personnel self-planning and enterprise introduction.
