本課程以企業主及高階專業經理人的整合觀點，探討高階人資之接班傳承議題，包括：企業主接班計畫、中高階主管傳承、高階人才外部獵頭、及內升空降團隊整合等主題之實務展開，最後則是學員的統整報告：所屬企業之高階人資規劃，培養學生具備高階人資之自我規劃及企業導入能力。This course uses the integrated perspective of business owners and high-level professional managers to explore the succession and inheritance issues of high-level human resources, including: business owner succession planning, succession of middle- and high-level managers, external headhunting of high-level talents, and integration of internally promoted and airborne teams, etc. The practical work begins, and at the end is a comprehensive report from the trainees: high-level human resources planning of their respective companies, to cultivate students' self-planning and corporate introduction capabilities for high-level human resources.
