教育目標 Course Target

企業購併乃公司追求成長之重要方式之一。透過本課程之介紹，能讓課程參與者了解全球購併之趨勢，並進一步了解企業購併成敗原因，期能讓課程參與者更加了解併購對企業經營的重要性。

Corporate mergers and acquisitions are one of the important ways for companies to pursue growth. Through the introduction of this course, course participants can understand the trends of global mergers and acquisitions and further understand the reasons for the success or failure of corporate mergers and acquisitions. It is hoped that the course participants will have a better understanding of the importance of mergers and acquisitions to corporate operations.
