教育目標 Course Target
由於企業價值已成為現代企業經營的重點與指標，然唯有認同價值理念與評價的架構，企業才能朝向極大股東財富的方向邁進。本課程將介紹如何將企業價值內涵納入經營目標，進而思考如何透過策略創造價值。課程首先透過價值的理念與溝通分享，讓學員瞭解價值與利潤的差異，進而完整的架構與案例，可以掌握影響企業真實價值的關鍵因素，進而創造最高的價值創造，本課程亦可當作企業財務診斷的重要參考。本課程可以提供學員瞭解一些新的觀點：
1. 打破過去完全以利潤為追求的觀點
2. 主管應該看待財務報表帶來的訊息
3. 一味追求成長的盲點
4. 如何打造一家有價值的公司
Since corporate value has become the focus and indicator of modern corporate management, only by recognizing the value concept and evaluation structure can a company move towards maximizing shareholder wealth. This course will introduce how to incorporate the connotation of corporate value into business goals, and then think about how to create value through strategies. The course first allows students to understand the difference between value and profit through the concept of value and communication and sharing. Then, with a complete structure and cases, they can master the key factors that affect the true value of the company and create the highest value creation. This course can also be used as an important reference for corporate financial diagnosis. This course can provide students with new perspectives:
1. Break the past view of solely pursuing profits
2. Managers should look at the information brought by financial statements
3. The blind spot of blindly pursuing growth
4. How to build a valuable company
