Since 2005，東海EMBA每周五晚【企業經營典範】課程，其宗旨為《典藏典範 → 培育典範》，邀請各行業專家分享經營理念、如何解決企業問題之心得。學員透過提問及講師的回答，啟發對企業經營的認知，並學習企業典範的經營之道。--- 此有如【基礎劑】，可提升同學管理職能，但隨著時光流逝，因遺忘而失效。
《向企業典範學習領導》為上述課程之【加强劑】，林財丁教授6次授課/每次3小時，限於上課次數，本學期僅由林教授帶領（無CEO蒞堂）重溫21位曾蒞臨東海EMBA演講的CEO精彩内容。
【基礎劑 + 加强劑】裝備EMBA同學傑出經理人的領導心法與管理konw-how。典藏典範、傳授典範，爲的是要培育典範。Since 2005, Donghai EMBA's Friday night course is the "Collection Classic" course, with its purpose as "Collection Classics → Cultivation Classics", and invites experts from all walks of life to share their experience in business philosophy and how to solve corporate problems. Through the questions and lecturers' answers, the students start to understand the business operations and learn how to operate the business style. --- This is like [Basics], which can improve the management skills of classmates, but as time passes, it becomes invalid due to forgetting.
"Learning Leadership to Enterprise Classification" is the [Strengthening Reagent] of the above course. Professor Lin Jiading taught 6 classes/3 hours each time, limited to the number of classes. This period was led by Professor Lin (no CEO Lu Tang) and 21 Zeng Wengs were warmed up. The CEO's wonderful content of Donghai EMBA lecture.
