Since 2005，東海EMBA每周五晚【企業經營典範】課程，其宗旨為《典藏典範 → 培育典範》，邀請各行業專家分享經營理念、如何解決企業問題之心得。學員透過提問及講師的回答，啟發對企業經營的認知，並學習企業典範的經營之道。--- 此有如【基礎劑】，可提升同學管理職能，但隨著時光流逝，因遺忘而失效。

《向企業典範學習領導》為上述課程之【加强劑】，林財丁教授6次授課/每次3小時，限於上課次數，本學期僅由林教授帶領（無CEO蒞堂）重溫21位曾蒞臨東海EMBA演講的CEO精彩内容。

【基礎劑 + 加强劑】裝備EMBA同學傑出經理人的領導心法與管理konw-how。典藏典範、傳授典範，爲的是要培育典範。

Since 2005, Donghai EMBA has held the "Business Management Model" course every five nights. Its purpose is "Collecting Models → Cultivating Models" and invites experts from various industries to share business concepts and how to solve corporate problems. Through questions and answers from lecturers, students can gain knowledge about business operations and learn the business practices of model companies. --- This is like a [Basic Agent], which can improve the management function of classmates, but as time goes by, it becomes ineffective due to forgetfulness.

"Learning Leadership from Corporate Models" is the [enhancer] of the above courses. Professor Lin Caiding teaches 6 times / 3 hours each time. The number of classes is limited. This semester, only Professor Lin will lead (no CEO will come to the class) to review the exciting content of 21 CEOs who have come to Donghai EMBA to give speeches.

[Basic Agent + Enhancer] Equip EMBA students with the leadership mentality and management knowledge of outstanding managers. The purpose of collecting models and teaching them is to cultivate models.
