 分組，以實際案例 練習 領導教練的技巧

Use forums to discuss challenges faced by leaders, including:
 Characteristics of leaders who can overcome difficulties
 Review the succession plan in times of crisis
 Choices in the face of the impact of new technologies
 How to develop/maintain high emotional intelligence
 The most dangerous mistake of a leader--how to lose your best employees
 How to use leadership coaching skills to stimulate team potential
 Can it be avoided if the plan fails to keep up with changes?
