1.課程目標 Course Objectives:
結合閱讀、參訪、座談與報告,訓練學生理論與實務結合。
2.課程特色 Course Features:
(1)教師帶領學生閱讀《恆久卓越的修練》一書,學習從人才、行為到行動,探討企業持續成長的路徑,掌握永續的藍圖。
(2)實地參訪6家台灣標竿企業,透過與企業的接觸與交流,了解不同產業、企業如何擬定策略、調整企業經營模式。
(3)本班授課教師與企業主管共同與學生QA座談,將參訪實務與學術理論結合,歸納參訪重點,啟發學生之經營視野。

2. Course Features:
(1) The teacher leads students to read the book "Happy Excellent Practice", learn from talent, behavior to action, explore the path of continuous growth of the company, and master the everlasting blueprint.
(2) Engage 6 Taiwan rod enterprises in practice, and through contact and exchange with enterprises, we can understand how different industries and enterprises determine strategies and adjust enterprise operation models.
(3) The class teacher and the enterprise supervisor jointly discuss with students' QA, combine the participation practice and academic manager discussions, and study the key points of the visit, and create the business vision of students.
