本課程為財務金融所基礎課程，讓學生透過此課程奠定好的財務基礎將是本課程的重要目標。學生透過本課程除了清楚公司財務的架構外，對章節的內容也將更深入瞭解。為了銜接未來課程與論文，課堂也將分享目前一些代表性的相關文獻；為了更讓學生對財務如何應用到實務面，課程也將導入一些財務的策略與案例。This course is a basic course in finance.
