本課程為財務金融所基礎課程，讓學生透過此課程奠定好的財務基礎將是本課程的重要目標。學生透過本課程除了清楚公司財務的架構外，對章節的內容也將更深入瞭解。為了銜接未來課程與論文，課堂也將分享目前一些代表性的相關文獻；為了更讓學生對財務如何應用到實務面，課程也將導入一些財務的策略與案例。

This course is a basic course in finance. It is an important goal of this course to allow students to lay a good financial foundation through this course. Through this course, students will not only understand the structure of corporate finance, but also gain a deeper understanding of the content of the chapters. In order to connect future courses and papers, the class will also share some current representative relevant literature; in order to better understand how finance can be applied to practice, the course will also introduce some financial strategies and cases.

本課程為財金所的財務理論課程，希望透過一學期的時間，使學生對財務理論有一個較為完整的學習，同時也對相關主題之期刊發表論文做一研討，使同學可以進一步瞭解與熟悉財務理論的發展現況。

This course is a financial theory course of the Institute of Finance and Economics. It is hoped that through one semester, students will have a more complete study of financial theory.
