1. 本課程主要分為兩大部分，一方面是教授食品生技領域、禽畜養殖領域、安全檢測診斷領域等生技產業之應用與產業發展概況，另一方面是請專家講授其創業經驗及應注意的地方，提供學員從中學習創業階段可能遇到的各種困難。
2. 本課程搭配教育部之生技產業創新創業人才培育計畫，進行跨領域 (技術團隊+管理團隊) 的媒合組隊，透過課堂講授、團隊課後討論、專家顧問指導、企業參訪，並安排業師及領域專家針對其團隊商業計畫書加強輔導。
