商業模式代表企業營運的方法,從核心價值、經營資源與能耐、目標客群、顧客關係、流通路徑、合作夥伴、成本結構到營收方式的整體規劃,描繪著不同商務組合如何共同整合在一起,藉由視覺化描述商業模式,可更有效對內與對外溝通商業邏輯,有著共同語言,並且可以看到企業整體架構,成為企業創新與商業設計調整的基礎,提供企業的持續競爭能力。因此本課程的目標從了解商業模式基本概念、架構、邏輯與重要性開始,利用商業模式建構工具與分析方法,逆向拆解並理解商業個案之商業模式,接下來讓同學能運用相關工具重新設計既有商業模式,發想創新商業模式,最後希望同學能清晰並且有效率陳述圖像化商業模式之架構與邏輯,進而激發學習者之創新與創業精神,開拓未來潛在新事業之動能。
