績效科技(Performance Technology)在歐美為一門發展已久的專業科目,績效科技為「解決組織的績效問題所提供的一套有系統之方法、流程或策略,其目的在創造高績效組織或達成組織的績效目標」。本課程除了介紹績效科技在提升組織績效的基本觀念與知識,並要培養學生主動探索、團隊合作及策略思考的能力與態度,應用績效科技以解決企業管理所遇到的實際績效問題,發展創新的績效提升方案,為企業創造最大的價值,是一門理論與實務並具的課程。
