醫務管理近年來深受國內外醫界重視。近年來,人們愈來愈重視醫務管理的價值,將醫務管理層次由醫院管理層次提升至醫療系統及醫療保險層次。因此對醫務管理之探討對個人未來就業及醫界發展都具有重大影響。醫務管理實務課程重點包括(1) 醫務管理系務設計,(2) 醫務作業管理,(3) 醫務行銷管理(4) 醫務管理實務與顧客管理及(5) 醫務管理績效管理等。本課程透過系統化的方法,使醫務管理生產力與績效得到發展,並達成企業組織目標為目的。本課程以台灣醫務界個案為例,並探討服務作業及醫務管理實務等相關之問題。
Medical management has received much attention from the medical community at home and abroad in recent years. In recent years, people have paid more and more attention to the value of medical management, and have upgraded the level of medical management from the hospital management level to the medical system and medical insurance level. Therefore, the discussion of medical management has a significant impact on individual future employment and the development of the medical field. The focus of the medical management practice course includes (1) medical management department design, (2) medical operation management, (3) medical marketing management (4) medical management practice and customer management, and (5) medical management performance management, etc. This course uses a systematic approach to develop medical management productivity and performance, and to achieve corporate organizational goals. This course takes cases from the medical profession in Taiwan as examples and discusses related issues such as service operations and medical management practices.
