醫務管理近年來深受國內外醫界重視。近年來,人們愈來愈重視醫務管理的價值,將醫務管理層次由醫院管理層次提升至醫療系統及醫療保險層次。因此對醫務管理之探討對個人未來就業及醫界發展都具有重大影響。醫務管理實務課程重點包括(1) 醫務管理系務設計,(2) 醫務作業管理,(3) 醫務行銷管理(4) 醫務管理實務與顧客管理及(5) 醫務管理績效管理等。本課程透過系統化的方法,使醫務管理生產力與績效得到發展,並達成企業組織目標為目的。本課程以台灣醫務界個案為例,並探討服務作業及醫務管理實務等相關之問題。
Medical management has been highly valued by the medical community at home and abroad in recent years. In recent years, people have been paying more and more attention to the value of medical management, increasing the medical management level from hospital management level to medical system and medical insurance level. Therefore, the exploration of medical management has a significant impact on personal future employment and development of the medical community. The focus of the medical management practical course includes (1) medical management department design, (2) medical operation management, (3) medical marketing management (4) medical management practice and customer management, and (5) medical management performance management, etc. This course uses a systematic approach to improve the production capacity and performance of medical management, and achieve the goal of corporate organization. This course takes a case in the medical industry in Taiwan as an example and explores issues related to service operations and medical management practices.
