物種譜系關係的建構係探討生物演化過程的基礎資訊。然而如何建構好的分子譜系關係，及以此為基礎進行特徵演化、生物地理、系統分類等研究。本課程將以昆蟲為主要題材，從建立譜系關係的各項知識及理論，仍至當前此領域研究的發展及進程。本課程將採用分組報告、閱讀相關文獻以增進學生新知。The construction of species lineage relationships is basic information for exploring the process of biological evolution. However, how to construct good molecular lineage relationships and conduct research on trait evolution, biogeography, systematic classification, etc. based on this. This course will take insects as the main subject, from various knowledge and theories on establishing genealogical relationships to the current development and process of research in this field. This course will use group reports and read relevant literature to enhance students' new knowledge.
