引導學生從記憶學習轉向概念學習,使學生瞭解化合物之化學變化,並且能正確使用試劑與綜合運用官能基的轉換而完成目標產物的製備,以達成培育具備有機化合物合成能力的學者,主要目標為:
1.培養學生認識有機試劑的功能及用途。
2.培養學生有機官能基的製備與化學轉換。
3.培養學生設計化合物的全合成與使用有效試劑。
4.培養學生瞭解化學反應的轉變過程。
5.培養學生認識有機合成在產業的利用。為達成培育具備有機化合物合成能力的學者,本課程內容規畫由淺而深,循序漸進介紹有機官能基的轉變,及延伸至藥物的全合成。過程中將引入試劑的安全使用與化學反應機構,講解化學變化的詳細步驟以增進學習成效。授課內涵分為還原反應、氧化反應、鹵化反應、碳-碳鍵的形成、化學人名反應、天然物的全合成與逆逕分析等六大主題。教材除引用Carruthers的教科書外,另採用化學文獻期刊,介紹產業研發及尖端研究發展。Guide students from memory learning to conceptual learning, so that students can understand the chemical changes of compounds, and be able to correctly use reagents and comprehensively utilize the conversion of functional groups to complete the preparation of target products, so as to cultivate scholars with the ability to synthesize organic compounds. The main goal is :
1. Cultivate students to understand the functions and uses of organic reagents.
2. Cultivate students in the preparation and chemical transformation of organic functional groups.
3. Cultivate students to design total synthesis of compounds and use effective reagents.
4. Cultivate students to understand the transformation process of chemical reactions.
5. Cultivate students to understand the application of organic synthesis in industry. In order to cultivate scholars with the ability to synthesize organic compounds, the content of this course is planned from shallow to deep, gradually introducing the transformation of organic functional groups and extending to the total synthesis of drugs. During the process, the safe use of reagents and chemical reaction mechanisms will be introduced, and the detailed steps of chemical changes will be explained to enhance learning effectiveness. The teaching content is divided into six major topics: reduction reaction, oxidation reaction, halogenation reaction, formation of carbon-carbon bonds, chemical reactions, total synthesis of natural products and reverse path analysis. In addition to citing Carruthers' textbooks, the textbook also uses chemical literature and journals to introduce industrial R&D and cutting-edge research developments.
