本課程主要讓學生對表象文化交流的過程中，種種漸次成型之有關性別、國族意識、政治・文化・社會議題的概念與影響有一個概括性的了解，透過閱讀專書，輔以作品範例分析，拓寬視野以面對不斷變動、混雜、多元、異質的文化框架。
