教育目標 Course Target
本課程將學習如何使用健身器材,自我鍛鍊與體適能訓練強化身體適能(肌力、耐力、心肺耐力、活動度、柔軟度)。
透過本課程提升健康以及體適能,讓學生將運動習慣融入生活,促進抗壓性而增近身心健康。
This course will learn how to use fitness equipment, self-exercise and physical fitness training to enhance physical fitness (muscle strength, endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, mobility, flexibility).
Through this course, health and physical fitness are improved, allowing students to integrate exercise habits into their lives, promoting stress resistance and improving physical and mental health.
