教育目標 Course Target
本課程將學習如何使用健身器材,自我鍛鍊與體適能訓練強化身體適能(肌力、耐力、心肺耐力、活動度、柔軟度)。
透過本課程提升健康以及體適能,讓學生將運動習慣融入生活,促進抗壓性而增近身心健康。
This course will learn how to use fitness equipment, self-sex and physical fitness to strengthen body fitness (muscle strength, endurance, cardiopulmonary endurance, activity, softness).
Through this course, we will improve health and physical fitness, so that students can integrate their sports habits into their lives, promote stress resistance and increase physical and mental health.
