Increase physical fitness and improve life adaptability. 3. Establish the concept of leisure and regular exercise to promote physical and mental health. 4. Encourage self-transcendence and realize your sports potential. 5. Through competition standards, cultivate law-abiding concepts and develop good social behavior. 6. Cultivate the concept of mutual assistance and cooperation through group education.
