教育目標 Course Target

一.瞭解排球的正確認知與運動技能. 二.瞭解排球的比賽規則並能參與比賽. 三.瞭解排球的運動傷害與其預防. 四.能夠鼓勵學生利用休閒時間參與各項運動,增加同學之間的互動.提高個人體適能1. Understand the correct cognition and sports skills of volleyball. 2. Understand the rules of volleyball and be able to participate in the game. 3. Understand volleyball sports injuries and their prevention. 4. It can encourage students to use their leisure time to participate in various sports, increase interaction between classmates, and improve personal fitness.
