教育目標 Course Target
1.介紹桌球運動各項基本技能和戰術。
2.身體組成分析前測。
3.精進運動知能學習(運動安全、身體組成與運動功能檢測分析)。
4.教育部體適能檢測。
5.桌球術科教學。
6.體適能(心肺適能、肌力、肌耐力、柔軟適能)。
7.認識桌球運動，培養欣賞球賽的樂趣。
1. Introduce the basic skills and combat skills of billiards sports.
2. Pre-test body composition analysis.
3. Improve sports knowledge and learning (movement safety, body composition and sports function detection and analysis).
4. The Ministry of Education is suitable for testing.
5. Teaching of billiards science.
6. Physical fitness (cardiopulmonary fitness, muscle strength, muscle endurance, soft fitness).
7. Understand the billiards sports and cultivate the fun of enjoying the football game.
