本課程主標題為：文學欣賞與實用，課程副標題為：古典文學選讀。課程以古典文學為內容，藉由古典文學之文章、詩詞之閱讀、學習、反思，達到培養學生於當今社會應有之人文精神、人文素養，進而反思自我，調適生活，並藉由文學作品之內容，增進基礎寫作能力，與生活必須之語文知識。
本課程同時融入AI作品生成教學，以「AI生成融入中文學習」為目標，使修課學生學習利用AI工具，學習如何使用AI工具幫助閱讀與分析文本，同時於學期中利用AI工具完成指定作業，並於17、18周之彈性學習周，觀摩優秀作品，並撰寫觀賞心得。
