課程目標
近年來,台灣與越南的貿易交流日益頻繁,越南籍配偶、勞工及留學生的數量亦顯著增加,因此,學習越南語已成為台灣社會的趨勢。本課程旨在達成以下三個目標:首先,讓學生掌握越南語學習的基礎;其次,通過相關教科書和視聽教材,提升學生的詞彙、文法和閱讀能力;最後,透過學習越南語,深入了解越南文化與習俗,拓展學生的國際視野。
課程內容
課程內容主要分為兩個部分:
一、語言部分
基本越南語發音
課程將介紹越南語的語音特點,並與台語及中文進行比較,使學生能夠掌握越南語的發音原則,並進行以下練習:
越南語29個字母的發音
越南語17個聲母
越南語的韻母(單韻母、複合韻母)
越南語的6個聲調
對話、語法與句型
課程內容主要涵蓋日常生活中實用的越南語對話,例如:打招呼、自我介紹、國籍、職業、問路、購物等。講師將根據課程進度和學生的學習程度調整所使用的教材,可能會有所增減或更改。
二、文化部分
課堂將舉辦一系列小活動,包括觀賞越南電影、以歌唱學習越南語、製作越南料理(如越南春捲和雞蛋咖啡),以及體驗越南傳統遊戲等。這些活動不僅讓學生練習越南語,還能使他們深入了解越南文化的根源,進一步培養學生對多元文化的認知。Course objectives
In recent years, trade exchanges between Taiwan and Vietnam have become increasingly frequent, and the number of Vietnamese spouses, workers, and international students has also increased significantly. Therefore, learning Vietnamese has become a trend in Taiwanese society. This course aims to achieve the following three goals: first, to allow students to master the basics of Vietnamese language learning; second, to improve students’ vocabulary, grammar and reading skills through relevant textbooks and audio-visual teaching materials; finally, to gain an in-depth understanding of Vietnam through learning Vietnamese culture and customs to expand students’ international horizons.
Course content
The course content is mainly divided into two parts:
1. Language part
Basic Vietnamese pronunciation
The course will introduce the phonetic characteristics of Vietnamese and compare them with Taiwanese and Chinese, so that students can master the pronunciation principles of Vietnamese and perform the following exercises:
The pronunciation of the 29 letters of Vietnamese
Vietnamese has 17 initial consonants
Vietnamese finals (single finals, compound finals)
6 tones of Vietnamese
Conversation, Grammar and Sentence Patterns
The course content mainly covers practical Vietnamese conversations in daily life, such as: greeting, self-introduction, nationality, occupation, asking for directions, shopping, etc. Instructors will adjust the teaching materials used according to the course progress and students' learning level, and may be added, deleted or changed.
2. Cultural part
The class will hold a series of small activities, including watching Vietnamese movies, learning Vietnamese through singing, making Vietnamese dishes (such as Vietnamese spring rolls and egg coffee), and experiencing traditional Vietnamese games. These activities not only allow students to practice Vietnamese, but also allow them to gain a deeper understanding of the roots of Vietnamese culture, further cultivating students' awareness of multiculturalism.
