教育目標 Course Target

課程目標:本課程操作安排包括系統性的農業知識線上學習、農業體驗營及東海生態農場實務實習,強化短期葉菜類之採收、採收後處理作業、病蟲害及雜草防治、水肥管理等,使學生暸解蔬菜作物栽培之各種條件及對蔬菜生長發育之內部因子影響。
課程內涵:本課程以農學之基本專業知識與操作生產能力為主,透過實作培育學生、良好溝通及團隊合作之能力、持續學習及問題解決之能力,及體認精緻農業之社會責任。

Course objectives: The course operation arrangement includes systematic online learning of agricultural knowledge, agricultural experience and Donghai ecological farm practice, strengthen short-term leaf vegetable collection, post-acquisition treatment operations, disease damage and herb prevention and control, water and fertilizer management, etc., so that students can understand the various conditions of vegetable crop cultivation and the internal factors impact on vegetable growth and development.
Connotation of course: This course focuses on the basic professional knowledge and operational production capabilities of agriculture. Through practical practice, students are cultivated, good communication and teamwork capabilities, continuous learning and problem solving capabilities, and social responsibilities of precise agriculture.
