Course Objectives and Contents (Limited to 2000 Chinese characters)
1. Through lively methods of theory and performance, students can experience, understand and appreciate traditional food.
2. Understand the current dilemma of the food environment through discussions on issues related to food society and cultural geography.
3. Appreciation of food, wine and aesthetics through the sustainability of ingredients.
