本課程旨在使學生深入理解智慧財產權（IP）的概念、原則和應用，並培養他們在知識產權領域的專業能力。透過理論講授、案例分析和討論，學生將學會辨識、保護和應用各種智慧財產權，並理解其在商業和法律環境中的重要性。

課程目標：
1.了解智慧財產權的基本概念與重要性。
2.熟悉智慧財產權相關法律制度之內涵。
3.具備分析智慧財產權爭議案件之能力。
4.能夠有效運用智慧財產權知識以保護自身權益。

課程內涵：智慧財產權爭議案件分析及智慧財產權專題報告

智慧財產權爭議案件分析內容：智慧財產權侵權案件之類型、智慧財產權爭議案件之審理程序及智慧財產權爭議案件之判決案例。

智慧財產權專題報告內容：學生分組進行智慧財產權相關議題之探討、專題報告內容應包括文獻回顧、議題分析、結論與建議，專題報告發表形式為分組書面報告。

This course aims to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the concepts, principles and applications of intellectual property (IP) and to develop their professional capabilities in the field of IP. Through theoretical lectures, case analysis and discussions, students will learn to identify, protect and apply various intellectual property rights and understand their importance in business and legal environments.

Course objectives:
1. Understand the basic concepts and importance of intellectual property rights.
2. Be familiar with the connotation of legal systems related to intellectual property rights.
3. Have the ability to analyze intellectual property dispute cases.
4. Be able to effectively use knowledge of intellectual property rights to protect one's own rights and interests.

Course content: Analysis of intellectual property rights dispute cases and special reports on intellectual property rights

Contents of analysis of intellectual property dispute cases: types of intellectual property infringement cases, trial procedures of intellectual property dispute cases, and judgment cases of intellectual property dispute cases.

Content of the special report on intellectual property rights: Students work in groups to discuss issues related to intellectual property rights. The content of the special report should include literature review, topic analysis, conclusions and suggestions. The special report will be published in the form of a written report by the group.
