現今知識經濟全球化，伴隨高齡化、少子化的社會趨勢以及產業結構的快速變遷，出現人才全球移動新現象，新型態的工作種類亦持續增加。尤其在面對Z世代年輕學子，要如何培育未來產業所需的人才與提升生涯競爭力，以因應多元世界的競爭與挑戰，乃是當前各界所需面對之重要課題之一。有鑒於此，本課程將「多元職涯探索、人生設計、與優質企業接軌」設定為發展目標之一，希冀經由邀請跨領域企業家現身說法，透過東海特有的博雅學習教育，積極走入社會與產業，期培育具有實踐力與終身永續學習之整合型人才。Today's knowledge economy globalization, accompanied by high-end and low-birth social trends and rapid changes in the industry structure, new trends of global movement of talents have emerged, and new types of work have also continued to increase.
