現今知識經濟全球化,伴隨高齡化、少子化的社會趨勢以及產業結構的快速變遷,出現人才全球移動新現象,新型態的工作種類亦持續增加。尤其在面對Z世代年輕學子,要如何培育未來產業所需的人才與提升生涯競爭力,以因應多元世界的競爭與挑戰,乃是當前各界所需面對之重要課題之一。有鑒於此,本課程將「多元職涯探索、人生設計、與優質企業接軌」設定為發展目標之一,希冀經由邀請跨領域企業家現身說法,透過東海特有的博雅學習教育,積極走入社會與產業,期培育具有實踐力與終身永續學習之整合型人才。Today's knowledge-based economy is globalized. Especially when facing the young students of Generation Z, how to cultivate the talents needed for future industries and enhance career competitiveness to cope with the competition and challenges in a diverse world is one of the important issues that all walks of life need to face. In view of this, this course has set "diversified career exploration, life design, and integration with high-quality enterprises" as one of its development goals.
