現今知識經濟全球化,伴隨高齡化、少子化的社會趨勢以及產業結構的快速變遷,出現人才全球移動新現象,新型態的工作種類亦持續增加。尤其在面對Z世代年輕學子,要如何培育未來產業所需的人才與提升生涯競爭力,以因應多元世界的競爭與挑戰,乃是當前各界所需面對之重要課題之一。有鑒於此,本課程將「多元職涯探索、人生設計、與優質企業接軌」設定為發展目標之一,希冀經由邀請跨領域企業家現身說法,透過東海特有的博雅學習教育,積極走入社會與產業,期培育具有實踐力與終身永續學習之整合型人才。Today's knowledge economy globalization, accompanied by high-end and low-birth social trends and rapid changes in the industry structure, new trends of global movement of talents have emerged, and new types of work have also continued to increase.
