Confidence and Charming Potential Stimulation
教育目標 Course Target
請資深教育講師進行潛能激發系列課程，於東海大學校內進行8堂共16小時課程及1堂6.5小時大會師集訓課程，將由個人素養拓展至團隊培養，其中包括自我認識與探索、禮貌儀態、團隊建立、人際溝通技巧、情緒管理與危機處理、簡報表達等內容，並於期末進行實踐發表，強化課程效果並活化課程內容。
Senior education lecturers are invited to conduct a series of potential stimulation courses, including 8 16-hour courses and 1 6.5-hour conference teacher training course at Tunghai University. The course will expand from personal literacy to team training, including self-understanding and exploration, polite manners, team building, interpersonal communication skills, emotional management and crisis handling, presentation and presentation, etc., and will be given a practical presentation at the end of the term to strengthen the course effect and activate the course content.
