人類為求更好的生活環境，不斷擴張生活空間，對自然環境造成的衝擊與變遷。由於人口成長快速、人類的影響不斷加速，加上科技的日新月異擴大了影響範圍，自從工業革命以來，人類對大自然的影響不再只是侷限於地表，而是擴張至大氣，而且藉由大氣的運動，影響逐漸佈及全球。
本課程旨在提供更多資訊，包含氣候變遷的成因與後果，讓學生了解全球環境已經到了危急的關頭，每個人都必須為此負責並且採取適宜的環境行動來。因此，本課程將回顧全球環境變遷的現況與預測，並了解其他國家對環境變遷的落實作法，盡可能普及環保資訊，希望能提升現今社會的環境意識。
In order to seek a better living environment, human beings continue to expand their living space, causing impacts and changes on the natural environment. Due to the rapid growth of the population, the accelerating human influence, and the rapid advancement of science and technology, which has expanded the scope of influence, since the industrial revolution, human influence on nature is no longer limited to the surface of the earth, but has expanded to the atmosphere, and through the atmosphere The movement’s influence gradually spread around the world.
This course aims to provide more information, including the causes and consequences of climate change, so that students can understand that the global environment has reached a critical juncture, and everyone must be responsible for this and take appropriate environmental actions. Therefore, this course will review the current situation and prediction of global environmental change, and understand the implementation practices of other countries on environmental change, and try to popularize environmental protection information as much as possible, hoping to enhance the environmental awareness of today's society.
