This course will achieve this educational goal through classic musicals. The so-called classic musicals are works that have passed the test of time and can still be widely recognized and cherished by audiences of different generations. They combine excellent stories, music and performances, show good artistic value and appeal, and have depth and emotional resonance. Appreciating classic musicals requires a multi-faceted understanding, including music, lyrics, plot, performance and other aspects, in order to deeply feel and appreciate the emotions and meanings brought by the works.
