教育目標 Course Target

The course begins with an introduction to leadership concepts and theories, followed by a focus on self-awareness and personal leadership development. It then explores interpersonal skills for leading others effectively. Through case studies, narratives, and group projects, students gain practical experience applying leadership principles. The course also covers navigating challenges and continuous growth for one's leadership journey. Assignments like reflective journals, case analyses, and final projects allow students to demonstrate their understanding and develop their leadership approach. 1. Introduction to Leadership Definitions and theories of leadership Importance of leadership in various contexts 2. Understanding Yourself as a Leader Self-awareness and emotional intelligence Values, beliefs, and personal leadership philosophies Habits of effective leaders (The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People) 3. Leading Others Interpersonal skills and communication Building trust and creating a circle of safety (Leaders Eat Last) Motivating and influencing others (How to Win Friends and Influence People) 4. Leadership in Action Case studies of influential leaders Leadership narratives and attributes Group projects: Recreating leadership moments 5. 課程概述 Course Description

This course will enable students to develop knowledge, skills, and better understanding of the wider world - and their place in it. As leaders of tomorrow, young people can make a positive difference - and help build a fairer, safer, and more sustainable and secure world. The first part of the course will focus on the characteristics of leaders, and empowering of students to develop communication, networking and negotiation skills necessary for becoming leader in the contemporary society. Guided by the UNESCOs Education 2030 Agenda and Framework for Action, in particular the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 on Education, the second part of the course will provide students with the knowledge and skills to contribute to effective protection, management and conservation of water, land, air and living resources, and promote environmentally sound policies and sustainable development.
