Throughout the course, students will engage in various activities, such as self-reflection exercises, group discussions, and practical application assignments. III. Emotional Management: The RULER Approach
The RULER framework (Recognizing, Understanding, Labeling, Expressing, Regulating)
Developing emotional literacy
Strategies for emotion regulation (cognitive, behavioral, and physiological)
IV. Attachment Styles and Interpersonal Relationships
Introduction to attachment theory
Types of attachment styles (secure, anxious, avoidant)
