As the proportion of medical litigation in court cases increases year by year, medical law has gradually attracted the attention of the public and legal professionals. However, this subject is quite difficult as it involves highly specialized medical behaviors. This course is not limited to the explanation of medical disputes or medical litigation. It intends to systematically introduce various sub-fields of medical law from a comprehensive perspective.
