教育目標 Course Target
隨著醫療訴訟在法院案件比重逐年提高，醫事法逐漸受到民眾及法律人之重視。然而，本科目因涉及高度專門之醫療行為，而具有相當難度。本課程並不侷限於醫療糾紛或醫療訴訟之說明，擬以全面之觀點，體系化地介紹醫事法的各個子領域，期待為同學建立正確之相關基本概念與醫事法法律體系，對進一步掌握此一新興學科做好準備。
As the proportion of medical lawsuits in court cases increases year by year, medical law has gradually gained attention from the public and legal persons. However, this subject is quite difficult because it involves highly specialized medical behavior. This course is not limited to medical disputes or medical complaints. It systematically introduces various sub-fields of medical law with a comprehensive viewpoint. It is looking forward to establishing correct and relevant basic concepts and medical law legal systems for students, and preparing for further mastering this new academic subject.
