智慧財產法主要包括專利法，商標法，著作權法以及營業秘密法，而因為在企業經營最常觸及的是專利權與商標權的問題，故其中又以專利法與商標法是最為重要，法律系的學生畢業後如欲在企業界任職，即必須對該等法科有最基本的理解。另外，智慧財產法未來將成為司法官及律師國考的選試科目之一，因此對於有意參加該等國考的同學對此等法科亦不可忽視。基此，本課程的主要目標有兩個，一個是希望讓修習的同學們對於專利法與商標法的基礎理論有最起碼的理解；另一個是希望讓修習的同學們可以對實務上的運作有基本的概念。

Smart property law mainly includes patent law, trademark law, copyright law and business secret law. Because the most common problems in business operations are the problems of patent rights and trademark rights, patent law and trademark law are the most important. If students in the law department want to work in the enterprise industry after graduation, they must have the most basic understanding of these legal subjects. In addition, smart property law will become one of the selected subjects for the national examination of judicial and lawyers in the future, so students who are interested in taking the national examination should not be ignored in these legal subjects. Based on this, there are two main goals of this course. One is to hope that the students who practice practice have the most advanced understanding of the basic theories of patent law and trademark law; the other is to hope that the students who practice practice can have a basic concept of practical operations.
