本課程目的主要在於建立學生基本的國際私法理論概念、協助學生思考並培養解決國際私法問題之能力。針對大四學生,採用「立體化」的法律教學概念:即連結點、線、面的理論基礎,輔以司法實務高度作為整體國際私法「建築」概念之方式,不但計畫在理論的縱深上詳細說明各項概念,並且期待能培養學生面對未來涉外民事實務細節時,能具備有系統的思考與解決問題能力。The purpose of this course is mainly to establish students' basic concepts of international private legal theory, help students think and cultivate their ability to solve international private legal problems. For senior students, the concept of "three-dimensional" legal teaching: that is, the theoretical basis of linking points, lines and surfaces, and the concept of "architecture" of the overall international private law is based on the height of judicial practice. It is not only planned in the depth of theory. We will explain each concept in detail, and hope to cultivate students to have systematic thinking and problem-solving skills when facing the detailed periods of future foreign-related civil practices.
