本課程主要在於建立學生公共工程三級品管制度、契約執行、進度管制、預算管控、施工安全等管理面向與工程全生命週期(規劃、設計、發包、施工、完工驗收)之整體概念，增進工程實務面之理解，並藉由本課程所學所識順利銜接工程職場，成為設計與實務兼具的建築人，提升台灣建築整體水平。This course mainly focuses on establishing a third-level quality control system for students' public works, contract execution, progress control, budget control, construction safety and other management, and the overall concept of the entire life cycle of the project (planning, design, contracting, construction, completion acceptance) to increase the overall concept of the project. 建築工程介面繁冗，亟需藉由妥善的營建管理手段以為因應，本課程從公共工程委員會三級品管程序及工地管理實務著手，及早建立學生對於專案需求確認、契約執行、進度管制、預算管控、施工安全等管理面向與工程全生命週期(規劃、設計、發包、施工、完工驗收)之整體概念，畢業後即可藉由本課程所學所識得以順利投入工程職場，未來並透過工地實務的歷練與經驗累積，成為優秀之工程專業經理人。
