建築工程介面繁冗，亟需藉由妥善的營建管理手段以為因應，本課程從公共工程委員會三級品管程序及工地管理實務著手，及早建立學生對於專案需求確認、契約執行、進度管制、預算管控、施工安全等管理面向與工程全生命週期(規劃、設計、發包、施工、完工驗收)之整體概念，畢業後即可藉由本課程所學所識得以順利投入工程職場，未來並透過工地實務的歷練與經驗累積，成為優秀之工程專業經理人。
