本課程是依據 「年鑑學派」的「史觀」來建立論述基礎,此外為了授課內容能夠條理清楚陳述,本課程會以臺灣「建築師制度」發展的軌跡作為時間軸,藉由年鑑學派所並秉持的研究方法,分別以短中長等各種不同時間區段來加以檢視與綜合分析,藉由多元且反覆滾動的動態研究方式,逐漸釐清臺灣在接受「建築」作為一種新的外來觀念被引進台灣之後的認知落差,如何在不斷溝通協調的過程中,逐漸釐清「建築」的指涉內容,最後再透過建築作品的實踐,轉化為可感知的實際作品,因此,本課程最主要關心的課題,是「臺灣建築」的觀念是如何從無到有的被建構出來,This course is based on The "Historical View" of the "Annual School" is used to establish the basis for discussion.
