基地計畫 (Site Planning)，Kevin Lynch 與 Gary Hack 給了一個很美的定義，“基地計畫係在土地上安排結構物，是用來形成其間空間樣式的一種藝術，同時也是結合建築學、工程學、景園建築學與都市計畫學的一門藝術”。從歷史發展來看，基地計畫是探討人類定居的方法，是關乎在一塊土地，置入長期於此土地上的活動與行為之方法，進而探討人類在許多土地上的群聚活動與行為，對土地與更大範圍環境所產生的連鎖影響關係。過去的開發行為對地球的自然環境與氣候產生明顯的改變，包括生態物種的消長到極端氣候的出現，我們已經歷其中。面對土地開發的同時，如何讓環境永續的目標實質落地，是必須積極面對的課題，因為這個危機已在我們這個世紀影響著全球生態的生存。此課程的意圖在剖析過去以經濟效益為主軸的開發計畫，探究問題癥結點，期待發展環境友善為基準的開發模式，展開創新的計畫提案。Site Planning, Kevin Lynch and Gary Hack gave a beautiful definition, "The base planning arranges structures on the land, which is an art used to form its space, and it also combines construction and engineering. A part of art in learning, scenic architecture and urban planning.” From the perspective of historical development, the base plan is a method of exploring human settlement, a method of placing activities and behaviors on a piece of land for a long time, and then exploring the cluster activities and behaviors of humans on many lands. The locking relationship that arises from land and a larger environment. Past developments have produced significant changes in the planet's natural environment and climate, including the growth to the extreme climate of ecological species, which we have already seen. While land development, how to achieve the goal of sustainable environment is a subject that must be confronted with extreme concern, because this crisis has affected the survival of global ecology in our century. The purpose of this course is to analyze the development plans with economic benefits as the main axis in the past, explore the problem points, and look forward to developing an environmentally friendly development model and launching innovative planning proposals.
基地計劃 (Site planning) 是對一塊特定基地進行規劃以達成計畫目標的工作。在自然基地中﹐規劃的課題主要在處理自然環境體系與人為體系之間的平衡關係。而在都市的基地, 則在處理個別建築群體與整體都市環境的關係。
本課程分為上下兩學期，上學期為必修，內容以實務與分析為導向﹐著重認識規劃
中各項影響因素以及實質問題的探討與解決。下學期為選修，以規劃理念的研討為
重點﹐包含對基地規劃歷史的認知、特定的規劃類型與案例的討論。
A site planning is the work of planning a specific base to achieve planning goals. In natural bases, the planning topics mainly deal with the balance between natural environment systems and human-based systems. In urban bases, the relationship between individual building groups and the overall urban environment is handled.
This course is divided into two classes, the first class is a compulsory course, and the content is directed by practice and analysis, focusing on understanding planning
Exploration and solution of various influencing factors and practical problems in the process. The next period is the selection and discussion on planning concepts
The focus includes understanding of the base planning history, specific planning types and cases.
