■ 課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents)
1、本課程教學目的在於根據亞歷山大技巧的內涵,提供學生對於生理結構的介紹,以及適合的肢體使用方式,進而幫助學生解決因演奏時錯誤或過度使用身體而造成的傷害,維持生理機能健康,延長演奏壽命。
2、學習亞歷山大技巧,使肢體應用更為靈活,除了可維持生理機能健康之外,其帶來肢體的靈活度,對於音樂詮釋與情感自然表達亦有功效。本課程除了理論的講授之外,也包含各式器樂演奏、演唱的案例探討,學生得以在課堂中實際應用於主修樂器的演奏,幫助學生提升演奏技巧與品質。■ Course Objectives and Contents

亞歷山大技巧的基本內涵,在於教導了解體會人體第六覺—動覺Kinesthesia,親身理解一般動作中,肌肉和骨骼的變化。在喚起動覺後,藉由意識的思考Conscious thinking,檢視和評量自我習慣,克制舊有的不良習慣的再度發生,進而產生更有效率,更健康的生心理應用和態度。
