■ 課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents)
1、本課程教學目的在於根據亞歷山大技巧的內涵,提供學生對於生理結構的介紹,以及適合的肢體使用方式,進而幫助學生解決因演奏時錯誤或過度使用身體而造成的傷害,維持生理機能健康,延長演奏壽命。
2、學習亞歷山大技巧,使肢體應用更為靈活,除了可維持生理機能健康之外,其帶來肢體的靈活度,對於音樂詮釋與情感自然表達亦有功效。本課程除了理論的講授之外,也包含各式器樂演奏、演唱的案例探討,學生得以在課堂中實際應用於主修樂器的演奏,幫助學生提升演奏技巧與品質。■ Course Objectives and Contents

In addition to theoretical teaching, this course also includes case studies on various instrumental music performances and singing. Students can actually apply it in the performance of major instruments in the classroom, helping students improve their performance skills and quality.
亞歷山大技巧的基本內涵,在於教導了解體會人體第六覺—動覺Kinesthesia,親身理解一般動作中,肌肉和骨骼的變化。在喚起動覺後,藉由意識的思考Conscious thinking,檢視和評量自我習慣,克制舊有的不良習慣的再度發生,進而產生更有效率,更健康的生心理應用和態度。
