本課程將以探討及分析西洋打擊樂的經典作品為主, 在一學期的課程中,前半學期著重於擊樂室內樂的沿革，後半學期則將探討綜合打擊樂曲、木琴獨奏曲、及協奏曲的發展, 除西方作品之外, 東方作曲家之西洋打擊樂曲亦在本課程討論之範疇。
此課程目標為以活潑生動的方式, 讓學生對近代經典的獨奏與室內樂之擊樂作品有全盤的認知, 並使其具備分析打擊樂作品及賞聆的能力,進而培養對新創作之擊樂曲目的追求及熱情。 This course will focus on exploring and analyzing classic works of Western percussion. In the one-semester course, the first half of the semester will focus on the evolution of percussion chamber music, and the second half of the semester will explore the development of comprehensive percussion pieces, xylophone solos, and concertos. Development, in addition to Western works, Western percussion music by Eastern composers is also discussed in this course.
The goal of this course is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of modern classic solo and chamber music percussion works in a lively and vivid way, and to equip students with the ability to analyze and listen to percussion works, thereby cultivating the ability to percussion new creations.
