Understand the composition and choreography of physical fitness aerobic dance, integrate elements of multiple body rhythms, break through the limitations of body rhythm, improve rhythmic coordination, and clearly point out skeletal muscles, muscle group training methods and stretching, making it easier for bodybuilders to devote themselves to Rhythm to achieve movement effect.
